Our aim

The site is meant to be readable and usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification, or who prefer reduced motion. This is an aim. It is not a certification, and Mynd does not claim conformance with any formal standard unless it has been independently assessed and says so.

What is built in

Every page uses headings in order and landmarks for the main areas. Links and buttons are real elements that can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and show a visible focus outline. Pages have a skip link to the main content.

Text is set at a readable size and the layout reflows on narrow screens and when text is enlarged. Colours are chosen for strong contrast between text and background. Meaning is not carried by colour alone: statuses are written out in words.

Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.

Animation and the 3D scene on the home page respect the reduced-motion setting of your device, and the site is fully usable without them.

Known limits

Not every page has been tested with every assistive technology. Some diagrams are illustrative and described only briefly in text. The home page 3D scene needs a graphics-capable browser; where it cannot run, nothing is lost.

Telling us

If something is hard to use, write to hello@myndlabs.tech with the page, what you were trying to do, and, if you are willing, the device or assistive technology you used. Reports are treated as faults to fix.
