Why corrections matter
A health site that does not correct itself is not worth reading. Mynd Healthcare treats errors as its own to fix, in the open.
How to report
Write to hello@myndlabs.tech with the page address, the sentence or number you think is wrong, and, if you can, the source that shows it. You do not need to give a reason for asking or share anything personal.
What happens
Each report is read and checked against the original source named on the page and, if needed, against other primary sources. If the page is wrong, it is corrected. If the page is right, the reply says why. If the source itself is the problem, the page says what it states and what is disputed.
How a correction is shown
A correction is made on the page itself. A material correction, one that changes a fact, a number, the meaning of a sentence or advice, is noted on the page with the date and a plain statement of what changed. The old wording is not silently removed.
A minor correction, such as a typo or a broken link, is fixed and the last-reviewed date is updated.
Retiring a page
If a page cannot be fixed, or its source is withdrawn, the page is marked In development or removed with a note, so no reader is left with a claim that no longer holds.
Source changes
When a source Mynd has quoted is updated, withdrawn or replaced, the page that quotes it is reviewed. The date a source was read is shown so readers can tell how old the information is.
