In short
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms that store your data, no advertising, no analytics service and no tracking scripts of its own.
What the site itself collects
Nothing it can see. It does not set cookies for tracking. The page search runs in your own browser and does not send what you type anywhere.
The Newsroom
The Newsroom page asks three public services, PubMed (the US National Library of Medicine), openFDA (the US Food and Drug Administration) and ClinicalTrials.gov, for recent records, directly from your browser. When it does, those services see your network address and browser details as they would for any website, under their own privacy policies. Mynd does not receive that information. If you do not want that, do not open the Newsroom.
The hosting service
The site is served by a hosting provider, which, like any web host, may keep ordinary technical logs, for example the address of a request. Mynd does not use that to identify readers.
If you write to hello@myndlabs.tech, Mynd receives your address and what you write, through an email provider. It is used to answer you and, if you reported a mistake, to correct it. It is not sold or shared for marketing. Please do not send medical records or identifying health details; this address is not for medical care.
Links to other sites
Pages link to sources such as WHO, regulators and journals. Those sites have their own privacy practices that Mynd does not control.
Changes
If the site later adds anything that collects data, this statement is changed before it does, and says so.
